The replacement glass was broken in transit. I contacted Jo at customer services and she was very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. This was late on a Friday afternoon so I didn't expect to receive it till Tuesday. They managed to get it in the post on Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday. The quality of a business is shown when they sort out a problem and I have found this company to be excellent.
