I did the silly thing of closing the door when a log wasnt fully locayed in the burner and crack. I was gutted even more importanly my wife was not happy at all. I looked for a local supplier and being in Stoke-On-Trent these were fantastic and really speedy delivery to quickly get me out of the dog house. Would reccomend to anyone 5* service
